Types of Cake

Our speciality is a chocolate cake layered with chocolate truffle filling and drizzled with cointreau.
Vanilla sponge cake layered with strawberry jam and vanilla butter cream.
Zesty lemon sponge filled with a lemon ganché, and drizzled with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Traditional rich moist fruit cake soaked with brandy.

**OUR CAKES ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR NUT ALLERGY SUFFERERS**

Cakes are decorated to your specification using Belgian chocolate, or more traditionally a layer of natural almond paste and coated in soft or royal icing, finished with fresh or handmade sugar flowers.

A tower of rich, moist chocolate cake, layered with chocolate truffle filling and soaked in cointreau, covered with hundreds of fresh cream truffles made to your specification.

Available in white, milk or dark chocolate.

Also available as a buffet centrepiece without the cake, great for any special occasion.
